Brandon Vossler brings 25 years of leadership across engineering, operations, and geospatial systems, driving innovation and performance in the utility sector. His extensive background in Construction Management, Operations, and Data Services has empowered him to drive substantial results for clients in diverse industry domains. With a passion for leveraging cutting-edge technology, Brandon excels at building and leading high-performing teams that deliver innovative solutions, transforming the utility landscape.
Brandon is a proud alum of the University of California, San Diego, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. He combines his academic foundation with practical expertise to optimize operations and enhance efficiency. His strategic planning capabilities and unwavering commitment to quality improvement ensure that he consistently delivers exceptional results tailored to his client's unique challenges.
Brandon is dedicated to driving organizational and operational efficiencies at PG Partners, utilizing his extensive experience to implement industry-leading practices. His proven track record of working with teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously, which demonstrates his capability and dedication to achieving growth and success, will instill confidence in his abilities.
Brandon enjoys outdoor activities outside his professional endeavors, including running and hiking. A devoted family man, he actively supports his children in their soccer and basketball activities and is passionate about community service through his church and local food bank initiatives. Brandon is also a member of the American Gas Association, which further connects him to the industry’s leading standards and innovations.
Darius Elder
Senior Partner, PG Partners
Darius Elder is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience driving innovation and operational excellence across the utility, technology, and infrastructure sectors. He has lead enterprise-wide digital operations and technology strategy, overseeing a portfolio of more than $300 million in investments that support electric and gas distribution, transmission, and generation.
Throughout his career, Darius has delivered transformative results through strategic leadership, including a $24 million reduction in operational spend via process, regulatory, and technology improvements. He has spearheaded major initiatives in geospatial data management, asset intelligence, and continuous improvement, earning recognition from industry peers and organizations such as the American Gas Association.
Darius holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Software Engineering, and has led successful implementations of enterprise platforms including SAP and IBM Maximo. His expertise spans business process design, change management, system integration, and data migration across multi-state and operational verticals.
Known for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation, Darius brings a collaborative and results-driven approach to leadership. His ability to align technology with strategic business goals makes him a trusted advisor and change agent within the utility industry.
